وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك الإسرائيلي (חוק הגנת הצרכן, תשמ"א-1981)، يحق لك إلغاء حجزك خلال 14 يوماً من التأكيد. للرحلات الدولية تُطبَّق الشروط الواردة في صفحة كل رحلة.

1. إلغاء قبل أكثر من 30 يوماً من الرحلة

استرداد أغلب المبلغ المدفوع بعد خصم تكاليف الحجز المسبق غير القابلة للاسترداد (كرسوم الفنادق والتأشيرات حيثما انطبق).

2. إلغاء خلال 30 يوماً من موعد الرحلة

تُطبَّق سياسة الإلغاء الخاصة بكل رحلة والمذكورة في صفحتها. يُرجى مراجعة شروط رحلتك قبل التسجيل.

3. إلغاء من طرفنا

إذا ألغينا الرحلة لأي سبب، تحصل/ين على:

  • استرداد كامل للمبلغ المدفوع، أو
  • تحويل للرحلة البديلة — حسب اختيارك

4. كيفية الإلغاء

يُرجى ذكر اسمك الكامل ورقم الرحلة.

5. الإطار القانوني

تعمل هذه السياسة وفق قانون حماية المستهلك الإسرائيلي (תשמ"א-1981) ولوائح التجارة الإلكترونية (תשע"א-2010).

Under Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking confirmation. For international trips, additional terms stated on each trip's page apply.

1. Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before the Trip

Most of the paid amount is refunded, minus non-refundable pre-booking costs (hotel deposits, visas where applicable).

2. Cancellation Within 30 Days of the Trip

The specific cancellation policy stated on each trip's page applies. Please review your trip's terms before registering.

3. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel for any reason, you receive:

  • A full refund of the amount paid, or
  • Transfer to an alternative trip — your choice

4. How to Cancel

Please include your full name and trip name.

5. Legal Framework

This policy operates under Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and the Electronic Commerce Regulations (2010).
