How do I book a trip?
Spots on each trip are very limited. You register interest through the form, we get in touch with details, and your spot is confirmed once a deposit is paid.
What does the trip price include?
Most trips include: accommodation, ground transport, meals, insurance, and gear. (Flights and visas are not included — those are arranged by the traveler.) Each trip page lists the full inclusions.
Do I need previous summit experience?
Depends on the trip. Each one lists its required difficulty. For high-altitude summits we ask for good fitness and sometimes a small training session beforehand.
What if a trip is cancelled?
If we cancel for any reason, you get a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before the trip, you can recover most of the cost. After that, cancellation follows each trip's policy.
How do payments work?
30% deposit to confirm your spot, the rest one month before the trip. We accept bank transfer, Visa, and Jawwal Pay.
Can you arrange private group trips?
Yes. If you have a group of 4 or more people interested in a specific destination, get in touch and we will plan a private trip for you.
